Terms of service.
Delivery
Most research is completed within 24 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for larger searches. Delivery is through a private status page and downloadable XLSX/CSV files. A shortage of suitable records is reviewed rather than filled with invented entries.
What the list means
Information may change and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Inclusion does not mean a gallery accepts unsolicited submissions. We do not guarantee replies, representation, exhibitions or sales and are not affiliated with Google or listed galleries.
Your responsibilities
Review each gallery’s submission rules and contact responsibly. Do not use the service for spam, prohibited outreach or unlawful processing. You are responsible for your subsequent contact decisions.
Payments and remedies
Prices are in GBP for a single research request. Checkout is processed by Stripe. The refund policy describes shortfalls, delays and failed work. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
