No. We provide research. You decide whether and how to contact each gallery, following its submission rules.

Will every gallery have an email?
No. We only include an email when it is published in captured public source evidence. Where possible we provide a contact page instead. We do not guess missing details.
Can I search more than one city?
Yes. Enter a city, region, country, or a combination such as Berlin and Hamburg. Broad searches may need more research time.
What if there are fewer galleries?
We prioritise valid records. We deliver the verified results available, flag the shortfall and review whether further research or an appropriate refund is needed.
How long does it take?
Most research is completed within 24 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for larger searches. Your private status page shows real research stages.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-off research purchase.
Does inclusion mean a gallery accepts submissions?
No. Always check the gallery’s own current submission policy before making contact.
Do I need an account?
No. Enter your email when ordering. Your order confirmation contains a private research link for progress and downloads.
Can I close the page after ordering?
Yes. Research continues in the background. You can return using your private link, and you receive transactional email updates.
What files will I receive?
An Excel workbook and a CSV file. The workbook has clear column headings, filters and research notes. You can keep the files and use them for your own planning.
