02 — Pay once
Complete secure checkout for your selected package. Once payment is confirmed, your research enters the queue and you receive a private page to follow its progress. There is no subscription.
03 — Leave the research with us
We discover galleries, check public websites, remove duplicates and organise the useful information. You can close your browser while research continues. Transactional emails keep you updated.
04 — Download and decide
When your list is ready, receive a private download link. Download an Excel workbook or CSV with gallery names, locations, websites, published contacts where available, research notes and source URLs. Review it, then choose who to approach.
Timing and quality
Most research is completed within 24 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for larger searches. Missing information is left blank. If fewer suitable records are available, we deliver the valid list and flag the shortfall for review.

We provide research, not gallery outreach. Always check each gallery’s current submission policy. Inclusion does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, representation, exhibitions or sales.
