Information we collect
We store your email, optional name, research location, selected package, optional art media, practice note, portfolio and Instagram URLs, payment references, job events and downloads. We do not store card details.

How we use it
We use this information to fulfil the research service, provide transactional updates, secure the application and handle support. We do not send marketing email. Portfolio links are optional and are not automatically crawled.
Providers and local processing
Stripe processes checkout. Resend sends transactional emails. Search/business providers receive location and gallery search queries; local Ollama receives website evidence, location, media and your optional practice note. Customer email is not sent to discovery providers or the local model.
Retention
Customer research details and deliverables are scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period, initially 90 days after completion. Payment amounts and references may be retained for accounting, initially six years. Backup retention is 30 days. Canonical factual gallery records are maintained separately without customer information.
Public gallery data
We capture organisational information publicly published on gallery websites, with source evidence. We do not use leaked databases or infer private contact addresses.
Your requests
Use the contact route to request access, correction or deletion. Email [email protected]. Necessary accounting records may need to be retained.
